An expressive drawing of actor Amanda Barrie by Maggi Hambling. The work has been float mounted on off-white conservation grade board. The frame profile is in poplar wood measuring 15 x 32mm, the frame was hand finished and painted using Tallow from Farrow & Ball.
This box frame is glazed with anti-reflective glass with an anti-UV filter and was also fitted with hand cut matching 15mm spacers which separates the glass from the surface of the drawing. The frame measures 700 x 570 mm overall.
