The mounted photograph is housed in a Box Frame which was constructed using 20 x 47mm Tulipwood. The colour, a rich red brown, was mixed to specification. The wood was then sealed, waxed and polished.
The work was then float mounted on 6mm MDF with a 10mm border around the work. The backing board and a set of 15mm deep MDF spacers were painted black prior to mounting the work. This frame has been glazed with 3mm Perspex, for safety and also to reduce the overall weight of the framed piece.
The size of this frame is 1200 x 990mm.
