31 Fournier Street, Spitalfields
Possible Frame was the 'House framer' for 31 Fournier Street, only a few minutes' walk from our studio on Princelet Street. This splendid house, which dates from 1726, was owned by actor and writer Rodney Archer who lived there until his death in 2015.
Parts of the house were open to the public for exhibitions, changing sets of framed works were installed in some of the rooms and the Staircase Gallery. The slideshow illustrates the house, the Gallery area, the Oscar Wilde Room along with some of the frames we made. These exhibitions were curated by the artist Trevor Newton.
